Refund and Exchange Policy
Luxury Me Hair Boutique is huge on customer satisfaction and would like every customer to be satisfied with their products and their services.
In the event that a customer is not satisfied with their product, the customer is welcome to submit a request for refund or exchange.
Luxury Me Hair Boutique will consider customer refunds or customer exchanges on products that are in their original packaging and are within five (5) days of delivery.
Products cannot be used, altered or damaged in any way. Luxury Me Hair Boutique ask that products are also shipped in their original, unused state. Customers are responsible for the shipping and the cost of shipping on returned items.
If a request for refund or exchange is received after five (5) days of the delivery date, the request will not be considered. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until products are received and inspected by Luxury Me Hair Boutique.
Once products are inspected, an email will be sent to the customer stating if the request has been approved or denied. If the request is approved, additional details regarding the request will be communicated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
